Akris is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury collections. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal or contact our concierge service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the original shipping box to ensure the garments are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
